Q: Can I create my own wedding menu?

A: Of course. We offer a wide variety of options to suit all tastes and preferences however if our existing menus do not meet your needs, our experienced team will be happy to work with you to create your perfect wedding menu. 

Q: What about if I have guests who want to stay in the hotel, is there a special rate?

 A: Yes, we offer a discounted rate to guests attending your wedding. A rate will be given at the time of contract and is subject to availability.

Q: Is there a restriction to the size of band I can have?

A: Our wedding venues cater to varied requirements. A detailed outline of this can be provided on request.

Q: Can I extend my booking past midnight?

A: You can extend your booking in the Grand Ballroom until 1:00am, however charges apply.

Q: Is parking available for my guests?

A: Yes, Wilson Car Park is located directly under the hotel with access from Terrace Road. Prices are available on request. Guests can also use our valet car parking service at a rate of $45.00 per entry.

Q: Can I arrange early check-in and/or late check-out for my accommodation?

A: A request for early check-in can certainly be noted in your booking however please be aware that it will be subject to availability. Late check-out is included in your wedding night accommodation package.

Q: Can we have a ceremony at the hotel?

A: We have several locations within the hotel that cater for Perth wedding ceremonies. Please contact us for further details.

Q: Do I get a menu tasting included in my package?

A: You can request a complete tasting of all the selected wedding menu items and this will be scheduled 12 weeks prior to your wedding.  At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments. Charges may apply.

Q: Once the reception has concluded is there somewhere that I can have a drink with my guests?

A: We can make arrangements for Plain Street Bar to be available should you wish to have a quiet drink after the reception. This is on a special request basis and subject to availability.

Q: Can I host a morning-after brunch at the hotel?

A: Certainly. We will be more than happy to discuss with you the appropriate private room.

Q: Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?

A: The hotel’s check out time is 11:00am. We will of course try and accommodate your guests’ requests, although this will depend on the hotel’s occupancy on the day in question.
